Candidates must develop and qualify sales leads; provide quotes for rentals and sales using QwikQuotes; close sales and take orders; contribute to company marketing efforts; develop sales literature; build, manage and sustain long-term customer relationships; be knowledgeable of industry and maintain a competitive posture of the company; maintain an awareness of market conditions, competitors' products and pricing; prepare activity and forecast reports when necessary; negotiate with customers to achieve required results; provide technical information to customers.

Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge: strong product and industry knowledge; must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Education/Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience: Sales experience valued but not required Physical, Mental, and Communication Demands: Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to communicate effectively over the telephone. Need to have positive sales attitude, strong organizational and presentation skills. Must work under deadlines and rely on good use of judgment.

Essential Functions: The following work to be performed on modular buildings, storage containers and related projects. Primary job function is the delivery and pick-up of office trailers and storage containers: CDL Class “A” Drivers License with endorsement “T” (Driver); valid driver’s license – type 3 (Field Tech); clean driving abstract; certified forklift operator preferred; block & leveling; anchoring; delivery & escorting; painting & general cleaning; organization & maintenance of shop facilities, tools, and materials. Other Functions: Any other tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Working Conditions: Outdoors in all types of weather. Equipment Used: forklifts (Company will provide certification if needed); flatbed pick-up trucks (type 3 license required); combination tractor trailer Physical, mental, and communication demands: must provide friendly customer service; must be able to lift a minimum of 80 Lbs.; constant walking, bending, and lifting.
