Julia Chang
Julia Chang, the firm’s accountant and office manager, obtained her bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 1987 from Luo Yang University in Luo Yang, China, and her MBA, with an emphasis in accounting, from Hawaii Pacific University in 1999. Julia worked as a translator/interpreter for 5 years for Sino-American Biotechnology Company and later, for the Chinese Government’s Trading and Investment Company in Singapore, in the role of assistant to the executive. Julia speaks and writes fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English, is qualified as a Notary Public within the State of Hawaii, is the proud mother of two young children, and has been with the firm for 4 years.
