Job Description
Essential Functions: The following work to be performed on modular buildings, storage containers and related projects. Primary job function is the delivery and pick-up of office trailers and storage containers: CDL Class “A” Drivers License a plus; valid ADL; clean driving abstract; certified forklift operator preferred; block & leveling; anchoring; delivery & escorting; painting & general cleaning; organization & maintenance of shop facilities, tools, and materials. Other Functions: Any other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Working Conditions: Outdoors in all types of weather.
Equipment Used: forklifts (Company will provide certification if needed); flatbed pick-up trucks; combination tractor trailer.
Physical, mental, and communication demands: must provide friendly customer service; must be able to lift a minimum of 80 Lbs.; constant walking, bending, and lifting.
Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge: Basic carpentry skills-useful
Education/Training: Minimum-High School diploma
Experience: Basic carpentry skills-useful

Account Executive
Job Description
Essential Functions:
1. Develop leads for the Rental and Sale of both Storage Containers and Single wide Mobile Offices for use around the State of AK.
2. Provide quotes to customers using Qwik Quotes software
3. Show stock units to potential customers
4. Negotiate with customers to achieve satisfactory solutions for both parties
5. Close sales resulting in an ever growing rental fleet
6. Meet or exceed all activity and revenue goals
7. Prepare activity and forecast reports when asked
8. Build, manage, and sustain long-term valued customer relationships
9. Maintain awareness of market conditions, competitor’s products, and pricing
10. Gain and maintain up to date knowledge on company products and services
11. Provide industry and technical knowledge to customers
12. Maintain inventory tracking reports for both containers and offices
13. Place necessary orders for inventory to maintain appropriate inventory levels
14. Grow and maintain Customer Database using Goldmine software
Other Functions:
1. Present products and services to potential customers at trade shows
2. Report daily rentals and sales to the Morning Report
3. Attend industry specific and sales specific educational opportunities
4. Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Working Conditions: Air-conditioned/heated modular office
Equipment Used: laptop computer & ten-key
Physical, Mental, and Communication Demands: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and specialized contract generation. Must be a team player with a positive sales attitude, strong organizational and presentation skills. Must work under deadlines and rely on good use of judgment.
Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge: 2 years successful sales experience or similar.
Education/Training: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience: Direct industry or product experience valued, but not necessary
